Christopher Skrobeck began working with Jack Van Treese in 2012 while earning his real estate license and learning the business of property management and sales directly from a professional with more than 50 years of experience.
In 2019, Christopher purchased the property management division of Jack Van Treese & Associates and continued that established tradition under Van Treese Management. Today, VTM manages a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and association properties throughout Northern Michigan.
The company has grown, but its approach remains personal: stay close to the property, communicate clearly, solve problems promptly, and help every owner make better-informed decisions.

Jazmin works alongside Christopher across leasing, owner and tenant communication, real estate services, and the daily coordination that keeps the portfolio moving forward.
Edward
Edward plays a vital role assisting Christopher and Jazmin. He documents property health, responds to tenant maintenance needs, and coordinates VTM's vendor network for more complex projects.
